Haq Nawaz Talpur
Senior Partner
Mr. Talpur is the firm’s Senior Partner and Head of Chambers, having over a decade of experience in the legal profession. He read law at Hamdard University, Karachi, where-after, he joined one of the leading litigation chambers / firms in Pakistan, namely Rasheed Razvi & Associates (headed by Justice (Retd.) Rasheed A. Razvi) and gained extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation as well as corporate matters. He has extensive experience in both civil and criminal trials and is known for his jurisprudential approach towards all areas of law.

Abdul Aziz Meo

Mr. Aziz has around nine years of experience in the legal profession. He – by and large – looks into matter falling within the jurisdiction of the Sessions’ Court, Magistrates Court and other lower, judicial and quasi-judicial, forums of the country.

Wasim ur Rehman Memon

Mr. Memon is a senior lawyer and Partner of this firm. He regularly appears before the higher and subordinate courts of Pakistan and specializes in Land Revenue matters. He has represented, both, domestic and multi-national, companies and organizations before the revenue authorities such as the Aga Khan Hospital and College Foundation, Coca Cola, various financial institutions, and regularly advises the National Foundation for Resources Development in their legal and revenue matters.

Asfandyar Khan Kharal

Mr. Kharal did his LLB (Honors) from the University of London and has completed the Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and was thereafter called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He regularly appears before the higher and sub-ordinate Courts throughout Pakistan; has previously worked with one of the leading litigation chambers / firms in Pakistan, namely Rasheed Razvi & Associates (headed by Justice (Retd.) Rasheed A. Razvi), and possesses extensive experience in civil, criminal, and constitutional matters.

Muhammad Asad Ashfaq

Mr. Muhammad Asad Ashfaq read law from the University of London (UK), where-after, he commenced his post-graduate studies and completed the Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom and was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. He also holds a certification in Civil and Commercial Mediation from the ADR Group, London; is enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council as an Advocate of the High Courts; and is also a member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association.
Asad has previously worked with leading names in the profession; his legal expertise span over a range of subjects such as, inter-alia, banking and finance law, civil laws, criminal law, constitutional law, administrative law, family law, corporate law, commercial law, and taxation law.
The Legal 500, 2019 Edition, recommends Asad in the area of Dispute Resolution, wherein he is listed as an “experienced, knowledgeable and hardworking lawyer”.
